Nicole Thomas is a Realtor® serving her clients in the Tampa Bay community. The daughter of a custom home builder, she spent her childhood at building sites, fascinated by all the unique details homeowners incorporated into their dream homes. This ignited her lifelong passion for real estate.
A 2023 Master of Business Administration graduate of the University of Tampa, Nicole also holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada. Nicole’s professional career spans almost two decades, with experience in brand development, sales coaching, strategic partnerships, organizational growth and new market entry strategies, and real estate. While some days bring first-time home buyers and those looking to sell their homes, other days bring strategy conversations on business growth and how to achieve real estate goals. What she loves most about her career journey is that every day is different and that it is all connected.
Born and raised in Canada, Nicole moved to Tampa in 2015. She instantly felt connected to the vibrant city, sports team pride, and sun-soaked lifestyle. Her love for Tampa Bay and its community runs deep and is an asset to the experience she offers her clients when it comes to their real estate goals. When not working away, you can find her cheering on Champa Bay, or along Bayshore with her Golden Retriever pup. Tampa is Nicole’s dream city, and she looks forward to sharing all the great things it has to offer!
